As a consumer, you have the right to return an item or product which you have purchased from us in accordance with the following return policy. Items cannot be returned if
You have acquired the products from us for commercial or entrepreneurial reasons (in this case you are not a consumer)
The product was specially manufactured according to your individual specifications or it is clearly tailored to meet your personal needs (custom-made)
The product has a short shelf-life or its expiry date has already expired
The product is storage media containing audio or video recordings or software, if you have already broken the seal on the storage medium
The product is newspapers, periodicals or glossy magazines
The product is not suitable for return due to its nature

Return Policy
You have the right to return the items you have received within two weeks without giving details or reasons.
The return period commences after receipt of this notification in written form (e.g. as letter, fax or e-mail) however not before the product has been delivered to the recipient (for repeat delivery of the same type of item, not before the first partial delivery has been received) and not before our duty to inform has been fulfilled as per 312 c Sec. 2 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with 1 Section 1, 2, and 4 German Civil Code-Info V and as per 312 e Section 1 Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with 3 Civil Code-InfoV.
For items which cannot be packaged (such as bulk items), you may also declare your intention to return the item in a written request of return. The deadline for returning the item is also met, if the item or the request of return is sent off within this time period. We assume cost and risk for the return in every case. The product will be picked up from you in the case of request of returns.
Returning the item
If the item is returned for valid reasons, mutual services received are to be reimbursed and, if necessary, benefits that have accrued are to be released (e.g. interest).
Compensation can be charged if the product has deteriorated. This does not apply if the deterioration of the item is only attributed to its examination – such as would have been possible for you in the store. If deterioration of the product occurs only through normal use, you are not obligated to pay compensation for lost value.
Refund obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period commences for you when the item or the request of return is sent off, for us, when the item is received.
